Reservation Procedure

If you have not already done so, please review the Availability/Price then complete the rental agreement below.

There are two payments:

1. Deposit amounts are 50% of rental costs. Your reservation will be booked and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
    

2. The balance including the security deposit is due 1 month prior to the rental date. The security deposit is $500.00 for North American renters ($1000.00 for all other locations) and is refunded normally within 2 weeks from departure.

Rental Agreement:

1. Download the Rental Agreement.
    
2. Print and Sign the rental agreement, returning the signed copy with your cheque by mail to:

If you have any problems obtaining the rental agreement, please advise me and I will provide you with a printed copy.

Because we are a very small business, we unfortunately can't justify the expense of credit card processing.
